About Us

Diane Krueger Arnett, EA, MT founded the firm (originally called Accounting Help) over 20 years ago wanting to escape the corporate political scene and help small businesses with their accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and tax needs. She quit her job as the Chief Accounting Officer of a $60 million national healthcare outsourcing firm and setup shop in her home as she built the business while. After five year as a home based business, she moved to an office space to better serve her clients. She loves what she does and helping her clients get the best service.

Diane has her undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Nebraska and her Masters Degree of Taxation from the University of Denver. She was one of the founding students of the Low Income Tax Clinic at the University of Denver. Diane takes several continuing education courses throughout the year to stay current. Her hours of continuing education exceed the national standard set by her license.

Diane has been teaching and working on QuickBooks since the DOS version. Although she is not currently teaching seminar as she has done in the past, she still enjoys the one-on-one training onsite or remotely to provide her client with the knowledge needed to keep their own books if they choose. Diane also taught high school accounting for 3 years at a local private school. She enjoys watching her clients truly understand their financials and explaining the tax impact cash flow.

Diane is an Enrolled Agent (EA). Her license is directly with the IRS. She is authorized to represent taxpayers against the IRS through Appeals. Diane has extensive knowledge with working with the IRS, States, and Municipalities. Diane is fair but firm with her dealings with these entities and has a high success rate for her clients. She is not afraid to stand her ground against them.
